Expected Group: 6-12 young people
Our weekly sports session at Platt Field Sport Centre! Bring chill inclusive vibes - make sure everyone passes the ball to each other, etc.
Session Plan
4.55pm: Arrive and meet Sessional Worker and Young People at the Entrance
5-6pm: Football on Outdoor Pitch
6-7pm: Basketball (Indoors)
7pm: Home Time

Key volunteer responsibilities:
Inclusion
There will be a coach leading the session, giving instructions for drills (etc)
You will be asked by the coach to join groups or teams of people - please help people in groups understand instructions if they are confused
During the game, please also make sure everyone on your team gets a chance with the ball - i.e. if you notice no one is passing to one person, either pass to them yourself or encourage others to
Safety and Wellbeing:
Help be the “eyes and ears” for the coach!
Make sure everyone is playing safely
Helping take people to and from chill out areas if needed
