Bowling & Arcade at Dogbowl!

EXPECTED YOUNG PEOPLE: 8-12

Volunteers Needed: 4-6

Lots of fun here, bowling and arcade is always one of our more popular events! Probably the biggest group we run over the summer, and so we need all hands on deck - so if you can join us we’d really appreciate it!

It’s 12-2pm - we’ll expect a medium group, say up to around 6-8 young people, and you’ll be asked to group up with say 3 people. You will then be working with this group to:

SESSION PLAN

• First we’ll do an hour of bowling, where I split everyone into groups per lane, with you joining one of these groups. In your group/lane, help young people know things like when it’s their turn, or which size ball to choose (etc)

• For the second hour, we’ll hgead to the arcade section - here it would be really helpful if you roam around and see how everyone is getting on. If you see someone a bit lost or not sure what to do, offer to join them for a game or two, or help them explore the arcade options!
