Seed sowing workshop
Get stuck in nature at the National Trust’s Castlefield Viaduct site! A chilled workshop growing our own plants and learning about nature!

Timetable
11-11.30am:
We’ll meet at the Castlefield Viaduct Entrance - we can meet you near Deansgate station, or at the Viaduct.
11.30am-12.30pm: Tour and Seed Sowing Workshop
We’ll have a quick tour of the viaduct and learn some of the amazing things going on at this heritage site!
Next, we’ll be lead through a seed-sowing workshop, learning some gardening skills and how to grow our own plants (which we all get to keep!)
12.30pm-1pm: Lunch Break
Please bring a packed lunch.
1-2pm: Nature Craft
We’ll finish up with a chilled craft session learning some more about nature (and bats, in particular!)

There is no background music
There space will not be crowded
We will be mainly outdoors with natural light, then indoors with soft lighting
There is a lift to the Viaduct and there is an accessible toilet
